Lion Star, Everest Place and Paramount have announced plans to open the highly anticipated Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando in Kissimmee, Florida in 2026. The new resort aims to set a new standard for immersive, family-friendly vacation destinations.
The resort will be located within the 220-acre Everest Place development in Kissimmee and operated by Lion Star, the exclusive U.S. licensee for Karisma Hotels & Resorts. It will feature over 400 hotel rooms and condominiums themed around iconic Nickelodeon characters and franchises.
Guests can look forward to accommodations inspired by the likes of SpongeBob SquarePants, PAW Patrol, Dora the Explorer, and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The resort will blend upscale amenities with an interactive, playful atmosphere tailored for family fun.

In addition to themed suites, the resort will feature unique Nickelodeon-inspired dining like the SpongeBob-themed Le Spatula and Mikey’s Pizzeria for Ninja Turtles fans. Kids can hang out at Club Nick while the whole family can enjoy the Aqua Nick water park, retail shops, character meet-and-greets and the ultimate honour – getting slimed.
The resort will also offer condominium units ranging from studios to two bedrooms, which owners can purchase and use to access all resort amenities. “Our partnership allows condo owners to invest in fun,” said Zafir Rashid, CEO of Everest Place.
